I'm Alicia and I'm a Registered Health & Wellbeing Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. ​​

 

I work with people in midlife to help them navigate hormonal changes and feel confident and happy in their body whilst having energy all day long.   ​​

My training and background is in Health and Wellbeing, Menstrual Cycle Health, Personal Training and Yoga.

I have 10 years industry experience of helping people thrive. I use evidence based techniques, personalised coaching and flexible program options.
